Discography

Included below are only CDs released for sale, in order of release. Also sang on a Christmas record with University of Maryland Chorus, a Christmas tape with Kent State University Chorale, a demonstration CD with Carmina and the Washington Cornett and Sackbutt Ensemble, and some Gregorian chant on a friend's CD of Durufle Organ music.

University of Maryland Chorus

My first CD (over 30 years ago, when I didn't even have a CD player) a recording of a live performance of an anniversary concert of Handel's birth, held at Washington National Cathedral with a huge early instrument ensemble, close to a hundred instrumentalists, and over 200 singers when combined with the Cathedral Choral Society.

Musikanten

We sang a couple pieces on a compilation disc of the composer's music.

Washington National Cathedral Choirs

Some cool Anglican greatest hits with the Choir of Men and Boys, the last recording at the Cathedral with just the Choir of Men and Boys.

A Christmas album created for a PRI broadcast.

A stunning work, combining poetry and the text of the Requiem Mass.

Palestrina Choir

All Palestrina, all the time.

And it's actually on youtube now,
uploaded by the record company.

A mix of live recordings from performances around DC.

Woodley Ensemble

Recordings of hymns from the Episcopal 1940 hymnal, which happened to be recorded on the evening of September 11, 2001.

A mix of contemporary choral music, mostly quite cool, including pieces by a composer whose daughter I tried to woo 10 years earlier when I lived in Kent, Ohio.

Master Chorale of Washington

Another mix of contemporary choral music, some good, some not so good. My last CD as folks don’t record them any more.
